One of the biggest productivity hogs is drama!

When other people suck you into their drama, your attention gets diverted from what you’re doing to someone else and their circumstances. These people are attention seekers and they’re seeking attention from you.

It’s not always easy to recognise a drama queen or a drama king, and it takes spending time with them before you realise just how much they either create or stick their nose into any drama going.

They often exaggerate the situation because they love the drama and embellishment is all a part of ensuring the drama stays alive!

If you want to be successful and you want to be productive, you’re going to have to identify and then manage those around you who cause drama.

In this episode, I talk about how to deal with these drama kings and queens.
