I started this podcast because I kept meeting the same woman.

Women all over the world - in business, in ministry, in their careers and in their homes - who somewhere along life's journey lost the voice they were meant to live from.

Not because they're not capable. Not because they're not gifted. Not even because they don't have faith.

But because they've been doing before they've been being.

Performing a version of themselves built from other people's expectations rather than living from the truest, deepest knowing of who they are in Christ.

This podcast is about coming back to that true you.

Every episode is built around one framework:

Identity. Influence. Impact.

Knowing who you are - that's your identity. Speaking and leading from that knowing - that's your influence. Changing the lives of those you were sent to reach - that's your impact.

And because this framework is a spiral not a straight line, the more you discover about your identity, the more authentic your influence. The more authentic your influence, the greater the impact you make in the lives of others as another layer of who you are is revealed.

This journey never ends. It only deepens.

What’s At The Heart of The Influential Woman Podcast

Real conversations about identity, voice and calling. This isn’t surface level tips but the deeper work that actually shifts paradigms.

Faith-centred teaching that is practical, honest and grounded in scripture. I'm not about religious performance. I lived that for over 40 years because it was all I knew - always performing but never believing I'd ever be good enough to experience God's amazing grace.

I share stories from the journey - including the messy, uncomfortable parts that most people leave out.

My desire is to build a community of women who are done waiting to feel ready and committed to living from who they truly are.

In Matthew 6:33, Jesus said: "Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be given to you besides."

What I've learned is that we've burned ourselves out chasing the besides - the success, the influence, the impact - before understanding our righteousness in Christ, the foundation of our identity.

This podcast puts identity first.

Because when you know who you are in Christ, everything else has to change.
